About this space

This is an amazing quirky lodge set on the edge of the New Forest in the historic village of Fordingbridge . Built over 300 years ago . AMAZING location for exploring the New Forest for walking and cycling and PONIES!
Beach 20 mins away (Bournemouth). For fans of Peppa Pig- a short drive away. Moors Valley and Zip wire for kids of all ages. Fantastic Local park with open air paddling pool (July) and river wading. Foodie Pubs, restaurants, and great local pub by the river. Free Parking.

The space

Three bedrooms: one room with 2 single beds, 1 double room and one King Size.
We kindly ask that guests take off their shoes when inside the property.

Guest access

Guests have full private access to the entire self-contained
lodge with its own private entrance. Please note the property includes a small curved staircase
typical of a historic cottage. While many taller guests and guests with reduced
mobility have stayed comfortably, the staircase does have slightly lower head
height than a modern property, so we like to make guests aware in advance.

Other things to note

• Free parking is available in the public car park directly behind the lodge using our complimentary parking permit
• The permit can also be used in selected New Forest District parking areas during your stay
• We kindly ask for the full names of all guests staying at the property, along with vehicle registration numbers for parking purposes
• This is a non-smoking property
• Sorry, pets are not permitted
• The lodge does not have private outdoor space as it is located within the historic village centre
